Compiz Animation Effect - Cant remember it's name

Hi All,

Recently I came across a compiz effect I want to add to my system but I cant remember the name of it and am wondering if anyone else knows the name of the effect.

Basically the effect concerns open windows, when swapping between windows and when not fully maximized the animation effect would almost make the window to appear to jump and slide behind the new window you selected.

Does anyone know the name of this effect?
